Syntax: cast witchlight <object>
Although this spell is a well‑known specialty of the Witches, it seems
to be a highly guarded secret as to how exactly it is works. Perhaps it
is whispered only into the ears of fellow Witches as there isn't a single
known record regarding it anywhere in the realm. When asked, a Witch may
simply smile knowingly and shrug or snicker, uninterested in sharing
such information with a non‑Witch.
If one were in the presence of a Witch while this spell is being worked,
they'd hear nothing more than unintelligible witchy mutterings
accompanied by some finger fluttering or snapping, and the deed would be
done.

60% Infravision effect.
70% Darkvision effect.
80% True Sight effect.
100% Third Eye effect, +2 rune slots, infinite light hours.
