Syntax: cast fear <victim>
Certain spellcasters can instill fear in their victims during battle,
causing them to attempt to flee combat. This spell has no effect on
monsters more than 20 levels higher than the caster and some monsters (such
as those in the Colosseum and CKPQ) can't be terrified. Monsters resistant
to negative damage are harder to terrify. The lag on this spell is half a
round of battle.
