Syntax: cast energize <target>
This spell transfers some of the caster's mana to the target. The more
skilled the caster is the less mana is used to transfer the same amount of
mana. At 100% learned there is no extra cost for transfering mana, for
example the caster will lose 100 mana if the target gains 100 mana. Upon
casting this spell the caster will always use half of their remaining mana
unless less mana is needed to fully restore the target's mana.
