Syntax: cast decay <victim>
Decay is a terrible spell. When cast, deadly and dark magics are summoned
forth, causing the victim to age abnormally fast. The effect lasts for one
minute and causes harm every 3 seconds. Undead monsters are immune to this
spell. Those resistant to negative damage are harder to cast this spell on.
A higher constitution lowers the damage taken from the decay effect. There
is no lag after casting.
