Syntax: cast cerebralfire <victim>
This nasty Psionicist spell gives those affected by it the impression that
their mind has ignited in searing hot flames. The experience is so painful
that it causes the unfortunate victim repeated pain over a short period of
time.
Cerebralfire is automatically cast in combination with the torment spell if
it is learned to at least 50%. The damage that cerebralfire causes is based
on your level. The higher level you are, the more damage the spell will do.
Damage will be automatically set to 20 if it is less than this number.
