Syntax: recharge <item> (<number>)
To recharge a portal (the number of times you can enter it), throwing stars,
or arrows, you must be in a recharger shop.
It costs 10000 gold to recharge a portal and it costs 1 gold per throwing
star or arrow.
Typing 'recharge <item>' with no number argument will fully recharge
throwing stars and arrows. You must be wearing the item to recharge it.
