Syntax: petshops (<level> <level>)
This command will show a list of all petshops in the game. It will list the
area and the room the petshop is in, the name of the shopkeeper, and the
level range of the pets in each shop.
If you type a level argument with the petshops command, for example
'petshops 5 20', it will list all petshops which have at least one pet with
a level ranging from 5‑20.
