You searched for Duration
1. pause durations
Some skill and spell buffs are permanent (such as racial effects and
those from special equipment). Others have a duration that decreases in
real time. There may be a time when you want to sit and chat with other
players or just hang out without wasting your double questpoints buff. You
can find a pause room north and up from recall. In this room, your
durations will be paused until you exit. While durations are paused, quest,
expedition, and global quest countdown timers (timers to next quest) do not
decrease intentionally.
Portals that decay are not paused if they are on the ground in a pause room.
2. spell duration multiplier
Spell duration multipliers increase the length that a skill or spell
lasts for. There are some skills and spells this will not affect, including
double questpoint mods, double gold mods, experience mods, dustbomb, among
other skills and spells that could be abused.
