With this spell, a Witch can mount a magical broomstick and take flight,
landing in a destination area of interest. Once fully mastered, all group
members will be able to hop on the broomstick and fly along. This spell has
the same restrictions as gate, and if a party member is unable to gate, they
will not hop on the broomstick and fly along with the Witch.
