There are many instances where you may not want to interact with the
first choice on a list of monsters or items. To interact with a particular
instance of a target, prefix 'number.' before the target‑ 2.target, 3.target,
and so on. ('1.target' is the same as using 'target' with no number
prefix.) This syntax applies almost anywhere a <target> option is
given in a help file; here are a few examples:
cast 'magic missile' 2.rat
get 3.sword 3.backpack
identify 2.bag
kill 5.princess
strangle 2.guard
where 3.small bird
