Syntax: learned (<letter/spell/skill>)
With no argument, the learned command will show all skills and spells
available to a player in order of descending proficiency.
If an argument is added, i.e. "learned a", it will list all skills/spells
that begin with the letter a. To see a specific skill or spell, you would
type "learned <skill name/spell name>.
